3. Los resultados de la IA pueden ser inexactosAI results may be inaccurate
Denario utiliza inteligencia artificial de terceros (Google Gemini) para interpretar tu voz, texto y fotos de recibos. Estos resultados son generados por IA y pueden ser inexactos, incompletos, estar desactualizados o ser sencillamente erróneos, incluyendo el monto, el comercio, la categoría o la transcripción. Debes revisar, corregir y confirmar cada gasto antes de guardarlo y cotejarlo con tus recibos y estados de cuenta. La responsabilidad de la exactitud final de tus registros es tuya.Denario uses third-party artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to interpret your voice, text and receipt photos. These results are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, including the amount, vendor, category or transcription. You must review, correct and confirm each expense before saving it and cross-check it against your receipts and bank statements. Responsibility for the final accuracy of your records is yours.

Los totales, presupuestos, tendencias, el «cuánto puedes gastar hoy» y la puntuación de salud financiera son estimaciones automáticas calculadas a partir de los datos que tú ingresas. No son un estado de cuenta, una auditoría, un registro contable ni un dato bancario, y no deben usarse como tales.Totals, budgets, trends, the “how much you can spend today,” and the financial-health score are automated estimates computed from the data you enter. They are not an account statement, an audit, an accounting record or a bank figure, and must not be used as such.

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, no seremos responsables de ninguna pérdida o daño —incluyendo pérdida financiera, sobregiros, pagos o impuestos omitidos, multas, recargos, sobregasto, pérdida de ahorros u oportunidades— que resulte de tu uso de la App o de basarte en su información.Any financial, budgeting or spending decision you make is your sole responsibility. Zerion Studio y Denario no son un banco, prestamista, cooperativa, casa de cambio, emisor de tarjetas, procesador de pagos ni transmisor de dinero. No custodiamos ni movemos fondos, no otorgamos crédito y no estamos conectados a tus cuentas bancarias o tarjetas. La App se limita a registrar información que tú introduces. Por ello, su funcionamiento no activa regímenes de licencia o regulación de servicios financieros.Zerion Studio and Denario are not a bank, lender, credit union, money exchanger, card issuer, payment processor or money transmitter. We do not hold or move funds, we extend no credit, and we are not connected to your bank accounts or cards. The App merely records information that you enter. Accordingly, its operation does not trigger financial-services licensing or regulatory regimes.

En la medida permitida por la ley, aceptas mantenernos indemnes frente a reclamos derivados de tu uso de la App o del incumplimiento de este Aviso, conforme a la sección 14 de los Términos del Servicio.By using the voice, text and scanning features, you assume the risks inherent in a free, automated tool. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App or breach of this Disclaimer, in accordance with section 14 of the Terms of Service.
